What are the shipping and delivery times for your products?
Our products are usually shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 3 to 6 business days from the shipping date.

Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not. We currently only deliver within the USA.
Do you provide order tracking information?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Some items are missing from my order, what happened?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The rest of your order should arrive shortly after.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@somni-ring.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
I still haven’t received my order. Why is that?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected due to carrier processing. You can always track your order and see where it is. If you still need help tracking your package or want more information, please reach out to us at contact@somni-ring.com.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
You can modify/cancel your order up to 2 hours after purchase. After this period, unfortunately, it won’t be possible as your order will already be in preparation.
Do you have a refund policy?
We always do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their items. However, if you still wish to receive a refund for your order, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. For more details, please check our refund policy.
